In a quiet green corner of Ptuj, the Grabar inn uses modern techniques to create flavors derived from traditional dishes. Inspired by the freshness of the day and the local environment, we arrange an experience on the plate and an unforgettable party in the mouth when we combine the food with a selected drop of wine from any wine-growing region of Slovenia. The desire to create and to offer something different to the city of Ptuj first took us to the path of Gostilna pri Ernestu, because an inn with that name has always stood on this hill. The modernization of traditional dishes and the upgrading of plates, the selection of local and seasonal ingredients are just some of the reasons why we renamed the inn Gostilna Grabar and started building a new story on the way to Mestni vrh.
